<ol>
 <li><big>Our costs are very competitive and our budget price for this type of database driven App would be in the region of £160.00 (standard basic) - £320.00 (Small Business App = Basic + E-Shop Module + Event Module) to £410.00 (With optional extras, Blog, Q&A form, Uploaded server movies, Feedback Forms included).</big></li>
 <li><big>Cost is for a one off development, setting-up fee. Contact us for a firm quote/estimate etc.</big></li>
 <li><big>Annual costs for hosting on our Small Business WebApp database, App files, database backups and any security updates if/when necessary etc. would be £60 p.a. (included for first year). We use IONOS by (1&1) servers (for over 18 years now).</big></li>
 <li><big>Any mods, updates, work required of developer would be at the rate of £20.00 (individuals, sole traders) - 25.00 (small business) per hour or part thereof for 2020 - applicable for change requests after Webapp is made 'live'.</big></li>
 <li><big>Minor changes, amendments, inclusive making areas of webapp initially hidden awaiting content to be made visible to groups as defined. Will be carried out FOC (free of charge) during the first 2 months of webapp being 'live'. This will enable owners to have a short 'grace period' for these changes before charges are applied. This is subject to correct payments as agreed, having been made.</big></li>

 <li><big>If someone completes the contact form an email event notification is sent to your designated / nominated email address so action can be taken. Note contact forms submitted are only viewable by admin, not site visitors.</big></li>
 <li><big>The above notification method can also be applied for any form submissions or even for log-in events.</big></li>
 <li><big>All images: Background, icons, etc. are editable by admin users. All main text areas are also client editable (admin) on any device/platform that can access an internet browser.</big></li>
 <li><big>With our management group login, you can have groups setup for special access permissions i.e. For Sales staff, clients etc. see below.</big></li>
 <li><big>Our App is mobile/tablet/PC/Large screen responsive/friendly.</big></li>
 <li><big>We have based the 'theme' of our App on the standard Bootstrap theme with minor mods, this can of course be changed and/or we can add a choice selector in the Webapp footer (as done here in demo footer). The choice is down to you: Either leave the selector so Webapp visitors can choose what they want or have it removed so you define what theme is to be shown as a fixed choice (we recommend standard default bootstrap with our mods).</big></li>
 <li><big>The App can be updated by your own appointed administrator (no on-going costs to developer for updating Webapp content etc. unless by specific request). </big></li>

<h3>Groups</h3>

<big>Log-in to available 'Groups' (Members, Staff, Providers, Suppliers, Engineers, etc.) to view/get additional content access, available App pages like (where existing): E-Shop, Order forms, Project Listing, Staff Details, Contact & Feedback Forms, Event Listings.</big>

<big>With 'Groups' you can have your business forms, either internal forms and/or external forms, online and available to your staff, contractors, clients etc.(with combinations of view/add/edit/delete permissions set by the system.</big>

<h3>Add a Clients Group</h3>

<big>This could be for your potential clients who wish to view/download related materials offers, order process etc.</big>

<h3>Owners (admin)</h3>

<big>Get full access with editing rights to their own dedicated database App.</big>

<h3>Other Groups</h3>

<big>Many groups, access rights can be set-up to suit App requirements such as staff, providers, suppliers etc.</big>

<big>Joining a group is App managed by automatic approval via signup process, or authorisation awaited approval after signup. Or groups can be setup with admin for pre-defined users (i.e. system set and group selection does not appear in signup form).</big>

<big>Note Clients access is limited to certain areas for data entry, however view access is available for most areas to provide a better understanding of the webapp.</big>
